🛒 Orders & Minimum Purchase
All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
✔ Minimum order requirement: ₱1,000 per transaction
Orders below the minimum amount will not be processed or delivered.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order that does not meet this requirement.
💰 Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct or adjust prices before order processing.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within selected areas.
- ₱3,000 and above – ₱100 delivery fee
- Below ₱3,000 – ₱50 delivery fee
Delivery schedules may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, weather, and order volume.
🥩 Product Quality
We are committed to providing fresh, safe, and high-quality meat products. All items are handled under strict food safety standards to ensure freshness upon delivery.
Once delivered and accepted, proper storage becomes the responsibility of the customer.
🔄 Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements are only applicable for:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Damaged products upon receipt
All claims are subject to verification.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before preparation or dispatch. Once processing has started, cancellations may no longer be accepted.

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
