Our Monterey Community Market follows the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
Kindly take note of the following:
– Mishandled goods of the third-party delivery service that caused damage or defect is not entitled to return, refund or exchange.
Note: We take extra care to ensure that the packaging is in good condition and the product is fresh.
– Sales Invoice / Official Receipt must be presented when claiming for refund / return.
– Return of purchased product due to a change of mind is not accepted.
