Welcome to our online store. By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, or placing an order, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review these terms carefully before utilizing our retail platform.
- General Introduction & Brand Agreement
By ordering from our website, you agree to these basic rules. This website serves as the official retail storefront for Monterey Community Market – Malingap Branch. We have the right to cancel an order or refuse service if we run out of stock or cannot deliver to your location.
- Online Orders & Minimum Purchase Requirements
- Order Validity: All orders submitted through the website are subject to formal store acceptance, stock confirmation, and payment verification.
- Minimum Order Threshold: A strict minimum order requirement of ₱2,000.00 per transaction (excluding checkout delivery fees) applies to all checkouts. Orders falling short of ₱2,000.00 will not be authorized, processed, or dispatched by our system.
- Order Fulfillment Rights: We reserve the express right to reject or cancel any order if there are local delivery constraints, extreme weather events, technical checkout errors, or immediate stock shortages.
- Pricing & Weights
- Prices can change without notice.
- Weight Variances: Because meat is cut fresh by hand daily, the exact final weight of items like steaks or ribs might be slightly over or under what you ordered. Our butchers always try to get as close to your requested weight as possible.
- Shipping & Delivery
All orders are freshly prepared and dispatched directly from our Malingap Branch. We deliver within our selected coverage areas in Metro Manila.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on the customer’s delivery location and will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
- Delivery Timing: Orders placed before 4:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Be There to Receive It: Someone must be at the address to receive the order. Because fresh meat spoils quickly, if you aren’t there to pick up or answer your phone, the rider will bring it back to our store, and you will be charged an extra fee to have it redelivered.
5. Keeping It Fresh (Storage)
We follow strict food safety rules and keep your meat perfectly chilled until it reaches you. Once you receive your order, it is your responsibility to put it straight into the fridge or freezer. We are not responsible for meat that spoils because it was left out on a counter.
- No Cancellations
Because our products are fresh and cut to order, all sales are final. Once you place your order and complete checkout, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
- Our Liability
We do our absolute best to provide top-quality service, but we are not responsible for any unexpected issues, losses, or delivery delays caused by third-party rider apps or courier services.
- Changes to These Rules
We have the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to keep up with store policies
